Terms of Service
The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and Diamond Geeks, corp. The terms "you", "your" and "yours" refer to the user/customer utilizing our website to purchase services ("Services") or to browse our website, the terms "we," "us" and "our" refer to Diamond Geeks®. By accessing, browsing, using this website and having service onsite, remote services or over the telephone at 1 800 930 GEEK (1 800 930 4335), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree, to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including U.S. export and re-export control laws and regulations. You must be 13 years of age or older to use this site. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site or any Diamond Geeks services.
REMOTE SERVICES
- General Services: Diamond Geeks® or the third parties with whom Diamond Geeks conducts business will attempt to diagnosis your technology problem, provide an estimate of applicable service fees (plus applicable taxes), and then provide you with a technology solution over the telephone or via the Internet. In certain cases, however, problem diagnosis and support may not be completed because of a problem with your computer or its configuration that is beyond our control.

Credit Card Verification: You authorize Diamond Geeks® to verify your credit card by placing a temporary authorization of $40 on the credit card submitted for Service payment. The temporary authorization will be cancelled and/or replaced by the actual transaction charge amount after Service has been completed.
- Diamond Geeks® does not warrant that the service is free of errors or mistakes. Diamond Geeks does not warrant or represent that defects or limitations in the service will be corrected. Nor does Diamond Geeks warrant or represent that the service shall be available continuously. Certain extenuating circumstances may cause the service to be interrupted. Diamond Geeks provides no remedies for such service interruptions. In addition, Diamond Geeks provides no remedies for any loss of data resulting from use of the service. By subscribing to the service, customer acknowledges that they accept these disclaimers.
- Your Responsibility: You understand and agree that prior to contacting or allowing Diamond Geeks to perform diagnostic repair or other services on your computer, it is your responsibility to back-up the data, software, information or other files stored on your computer disks and/or drives. You acknowledge and agree that Diamond Geeks shall not be responsible under any circumstance for any loss or corruption of data and/or software.
- If you are not satisfied with remote services received from Diamond Geeks, or the third parties with whom Diamond Geeks conducts business please call 1 800 930 4335 for resolution. We warrant our remote services for 3 days following the date you received remote service.
ON SITE COMPUTER SERVICE
- SCHEDULING
Standard service hours are Monday — Friday 9 A.M. to 7 P.M., Saturday 10 A.M. to 5 P.M. Additional charges may apply for rapid response or service outside of standard hours. - SERVICE AREA
Diamond Geeks® sets the Service Area for each city. If a location lies beyond Diamond Geeks standard Service Area, additional trip charges may apply. To determine if your location is within the Diamond Geeks standard Service Area, please call 1 800 930 GEEK (1 800 930 4335) for information pertaining to applicable trip charges. - ADDITIONAL SERVICES
These are available only to customers who have already purchased one on-site service and must be one of the following: software installation, software service, memory installation, sound/video card installation, network card installation, modem installation, CD/DVD-RW installation, or CD/DVD-ROM installation. - INSTALLATION AUTHORIZATION
For on-site services, a person at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire time period services are provided. If no adult is present when the Diamond Geeks technician arrives, services will be denied and a $99 cancellation charge will be assessed. - RESPONSIBILITY
It is your responsibility to back up all software and data on your computer's hard drive(s) and/or any other storage devices before the Diamond Geeks technician arrives. Diamond Geeks and/or its third-party service provider shall not be responsible at any time for any loss, alteration, or corruption of any software, data, or files. - ACCESS
The Diamond Geeks technician must have 1) access to your residence or business and the computer(s) and/or peripheral(s) to be serviced, 2) your consent and cooperation to enter your residence or business, 3) a safe working environment, work space, and 4) electrical power. If the Diamond Geeks technician determines that these conditions have not been met, services will be denied and a $99 cancellation charge assessed.

These terms are governed and construed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree that if any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these terms will remain in full force and effect. - PRIVACY POLICY
We realize that customers are concerned about how the information they provide online will be used. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will use the information we collect about you to process your order and provide a more personalized shopping experience. we make no warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to make changes, including pricing, and to correct errors and/or update the content on our website at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type. - Legal Disclaimer
Though we make every effort to preserve User privacy, we may need to disclose your Personally Identifiable Information when required by law, or when we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process.
CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
- To change your order: You must contact Diamond Geek 24 Hour Computer Solutions at 1 800 930 GEEK (1 800 930 4335).
- To cancel your order: You must contact Diamond Geek 24 Hour Computer Solutions at 1 800 930 GEEK (1 800 930 4335) at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled service. The payment amount will be fully refunded in the manner the purchase was paid.
- If you are not satisfied with your service: 1 800 930 GEEK (1 800 930 4335) for resolution. We stand behind our Pay-for-Support services for 6 days. We stand behind our on site Services for 15 days. If there is a problem with the service we provided and you notify us within the allotted time period, we will work to remedy the problem quickly and at no additional cost.
OWNERSHIP RIGHTS
This Site is controlled and operated by Diamond Geeks, Corp Any claim relating to, and the use of, this Site and the materials contained herein is governed by the laws of the state of Virginia.
